This website uses services which rely on data obtained through the Real Estate Boards in BC and in order to fulfill some services, the use of these tools are required. As a result your information, limited to your name and address and email address may be submitted to these services in order to provide services to you.  Data retention, deletion for these services are governed by their respective policies. Our policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or use case. Data collected prior to any new revisions will be subject to the previous revision unless the newer revision is more restrictive. Data Retention

System logs such as webserver are kept for a period of one year, systems which perform a function such as our automatic CMA are kept for a period of two weeks and communications, contact information are kept as long as required to provide services to you; you opt-out or are no longer our client.
