Elise Weatherby Real Estate

MEET THE TEAM

Elise Weatherby

Elise’s greatest assets are her ability to quickly build trust with new clients and foster collaborative partnerships with colleagues. Her clients appreciate her meticulous attention to detail, personable approach, and endearing charisma—a rare combination that allows her to break down the real estate purchase and sales process, making it transparent and stress-free.

Elise has earned a reputation for working relentlessly for her buyers and sellers. Over her long and established career, integrity and a strong work ethic have been the keys to her success. Her industry peers describe her as driven, ambitious, organized, a bit of a perfectionist, and a pleasure to work with. Her client partners describe her as knowledgeable, attentive, fast-paced, results-oriented, and always willing to put the power of humour to good use.

At client interviews, people are often unprepared for how unscripted Elise is. She isn’t just another sales person with a neatly prepared and memorized presentation; she brings curiosity and enthusiasm to the table, and forms an authentic connection with her clients. Her goal is to help them uncover their true motivation, so she understands their needs and objectives in order to provide the best possible service.

Elise has worked as a real estate sales and purchasing consultant (REALTOR®) for over 15 years. She has held her residential sector trading license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia since 2002, and is an active member of The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, Canadian Real Estate Association and has Real Estate Errors and Omissions Assurance.

Based in New Westminster, Elise fell in love with “New West” when she moved there in 2005. She grew up on Vancouver Island and has lived in Vancouver, Burnaby, the Tri-Cities, and Surrey. Her business continues to grow through referrals; she proudly serves New Westminster and all neighbouring communities in the Lower Mainland.

At home Elise is the caring mother of three young children, a devoted and equalist wife, nurturing gardener, and fanatical amateur photographer.

Mike Andrieshyn

Mike’s endearing personality will leave a lasting impression on you. Anyone who has had the pleasure of working with him tells us how helpful and patient he is. He will always make the time you deserve to answer your questions so you are completely clear about all the details throughout the entire sales and purchasing process.

When it comes to contract negotiations and legal documents, Mike’s careful eye will make sure nothing is overlooked. Clients are often surprised that someone so personable can also be so painstakingly conscientious, but one of Mike’s strengths as a realtor is his precise attention to detail.

Mike has worked as a real estate sales and purchasing consultant (REALTOR®) for almost 10 years. He has held his residential sector trading license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia since 2008, and is an active member of The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, Canadian Real Estate Association, and Real Estate Errors and Omissions Assurance.

Based in East Vancouver, Mike is a long time East Van resident. You will find Mike showing his “east side pride” at Italian days, Car-free Vancouver, Festival de la Mortes, and many of the other community and cultural events that happen on “the Drive”. Let’s be honest: when you live a block away from First and Commercial there is no good reason to stay home!

Mike is an active father of two school aged girls, and partner to his restaurateur wife, Jennifer. You might even recognize the family if you’ve been involved in the Commercial Drive food scene? And yes, you do see a family resemblance with Elise. Mike is her brother!

Stuart Weatherby

Stu is much more than a conventional real estate photographer: he produces original works and one of a kind architectural grade images exclusively for our home sellers. Being an in house photographer allows Stu the freedom to be more creative and deliver a truly premium set of marketing images. Working exclusively “in house” also drastically decreases the turnaround time for our seller’s image packages, with the ability to deliver same day photography services.

Beyond the camera lens Stu also manages many of the day to day systems that keep everything running with efficiency and precision. You may have guessed by the last name that Stu is Elise’s partner in life and in business. In his own words “When Elise assisted me with the purchase of my very first home, she did a great job. When she assisted me in purchasing a rental property, she did a great job. In fact, Elise did such a good job, I married her!”

Andrea Hingston

Andrea works fastidiously “behind the scenes”, mindfully bringing together all the components for our home buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth closings. You may not have the pleasure of interacting personally with Andrea, but you will undoubtedly enjoy the stress-free experience of having someone as capable, hardworking, and organized as she is carefully overseeing each detail of your transaction.

A truly cohesive and harmonious team is held together by its support staff, the “unsung heroes” in every organization that tirelessly specialize in making everyone else’s job easier. Assembling documents, organizing files, updating client packages, keeping signs and supplies topped up, packing and mailing thank you packages—there are many small details that add up to the pinnacle experience of buying or selling a home. We are delighted Andrea is here to support us all through the process.

Andrea is a loving wife and mother of two, and calls the pristine hillside community of Heritage Woods her home. She is an active member of the Port Moody community and at her girls’ local public school.

Heather Nyberg

Heather is currently working on something much more personal these days: her third maternity leave! We miss Heather dearly and are looking forward to her return.

Proud business sponsor of the Tri-Cities Moms Group
